Since entering the real estate business in 1991, Beth has been consistently ranked among the top 1% of realtors in the Chicago area as well as one of the highest producing sales agents at Jameson Realty Group before joining @Properties in 2009. Year after year, Beth’s sales have totaled well over $150 million. Her love of real estate began by learning the basics when she teamed up with her father in their family owned real estate company. Along with her father and their team, Beth learned to purchase, rehab and manage buildings while entering the residential brokerage business as well.
Beth’s dynamic approach to real estate includes working with top Chicago developers selling new construction condominiums, lofts, town homes and single family residences as well as spending the majority of her time representing individual buyers and sellers. Joey Gault
Since 1993, Joey has lived in the city and has extensive knowledge of Chicago and its surrounding neighborhoods. She is dedicated, hard working and truly passionate about her business. Joey’s patience and focus on her client’s needs is what sets her apart. Erika Brettingen
Erika joined @properties after working for a Chicago based international consulting firm as a Senior Consultant in which she primarily focused on government services consulting. Her position required a great deal of attention to client interaction and satisfaction which she will easily transition to her new clients. Erika has always enjoyed meeting new people and takes pride in being an attentive listener.
Although not native to Chicago, Erika has lived in the Lakeview, Lincoln Park, and Gold Coast neighborhoods; she is very knowledgeable with the Near North Side of Chicago and the Loop. She is constantly embracing new areas of the city and staying current on the next up-and-coming neighborhood.
Erika earned a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University with majors in Finance, Real Estate, and International Studies. She was raised in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota, which has given her an odd appreciation for the Chicago winters. Erika enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, and wine tasting.
